Hotel Operations Policies 

Guest Arrival / Reception

  • Guests are urged to undergo Covid testing 72 hours before travelling
  • If no valid test results available, complimentary testing will be offered upon arrival
  • Testing will take place in dedicated, comfortable areas prior to check-in
  • Guest luggage and backpacks will be disinfected
  • Digital check in and check-out processes to avoid queuing and personal contact
  • Clear signage available in all public spaces to ensure safe distancing
  • Health & Safety Team auditing checklist of compliance to measures on daily basis
  • A contactless stay is promoted with an offer of PC Mobile App, WhatsApp guest services, and digital menus and informational items. 

Public Areas

  • Public Areas will be undergoing thorough disinfections, with extra attention to high contact areas, including front-desks and public restrooms. 
  • Social-distancing measures will be applied in all public spaces for guest safety.
  • Sealed, bottled water will replace champagne, sparkling wine or juice offered as welcome drinks. 
  • Hotel lobbies, restaurants and bars will operate at reduced capacity to ensure adequate space for social distancing and adjusted layouts.


  • Guest rooms are disinfected and deep cleaned with professional aerial surface disinfection machine before each arrival.
  • In-room amenities include PPE Safety Kits providing masks and hand sanitisers.
  • Each room undergoes stringent disinfection between every room change.
  • Sanitation sticker is applied after completion of cleaning process in each guestroom.
  • Contactless menus & directories will be available in all rooms via QR codes and mobile devices, replacing the printed in-room documents (single-use, disposable print items will be available as required)


  • Dining arrangements will be adapted with a la carte service or served buffet options with seating choices to ensure adequate space for social distancing.
  • Digital menus will be offered for In-Room Dining for a contactless order and delivery. Guest meal allowance is applicable.
  • Restaurants will operate at reduced capacity and reservations will be required to ensure adequate space for social distancing and adjusted layout
  • Digital, or single-use menus are available at all restaurants  
  • One family per table to dine at any one time

Fitness & Gyms

  • Pre-booking is required to ensure adequate space for social distancing
  • Fitness equipment has been appropriately spaced and will undergo thorough sanitization after each use
  • Alternative workout options are available for outdoor wellness, with fitness programmes such as yoga, forest walks and organized jogging

Beaches & Pools

  • Beach & Pool facilities will be regularly disinfected, and proper distancing measures will be applied
  • Indoor pools will not operate
  • Beaches & pool facilities will operate at a reduced capacity to ensure adequate space for social distancing and adjusted layouts
  • Guests will be escorted to sunbeds and umbrellas at pools and beaches
  • Sunbeds which are marked as undergoing cleaning procedure must not be used
  • Sanitized beach towels will be provided by staff for use by all guests.
  • Sanitization stations are available.


  • All childcare will operate by appointment only to ensure adequate space
  • Babysitting services will be available, taking all precautionary measures, using all protective equipment & regular sanitization
  • Kids Club and playground facilities will operate at a reduced capacity.
  • Outdoor Crèche will operate applying all health measures
  • Game Center, Bowling, Cycling Station will operate with limited capacity and all health protocols applied 
  • Mini Discos will not operate

Sports & Activities

  • The Tennis Academy, Golf Course, Horsing and Riding, Water Sports, Biking and Cycling, Sailing, Scuba-Diving, will operate with limited capacity and all health protocols applied.
  • Volleyball, beach volleyball, basketball, and five-a-side football will operate with limited capacity and all health protocols applied
  • Indoor fitness activities will not be offered.
  • Shuttle Train and Shuttle Boat will be operating with limited capacity and all health protocols applied


  • Spa will operate at reduced capacity to ensure adequate space for social distancing 
  • Spa use is by appointment only
  • 1 person per treatment cabin, capacity of available cabins reduced at 50%
  • Min. 30-minute gaps between sessions to allow thorough cleaning and sanitization
  • Wet areas such as steam baths and saunas will not operate
  • Indoor pools will not operate
  • Guests must wear face masks during treatments
  • Sanitization stations are available.


  • Bar counters and service stations will not serve, there will be table service only
  • Live music and entertainment are available with physical distancing applied
  • The open air cinema, Parties & events, conferences and meetings will not operate
