Before arrival

Going to the hotel
• Transfers can be arranged with partners who comply with hygiene standards and with limited number of passengers per vehicle in accordance with guidelines.

In the hotel
• When approaching the Recepti on desk, a 2 metres distance should be kept.
• Checking-in/out and menus information available on the Guest Portal App.

Welcome into your room
• All rooms will be supplied with disinfectants, gloves, and masks for guests to use throughout the stay.
• Room cleaning will take place only when guests are not in the room and by using suitable disinfectant and disposable paper.
• A “Response Team” will be created to deal with guests.
• Elevators will be available for use with a restricted and maximum occupancy per elevator. • Rooms are sanitized with industry’s leading cleaning and disinfecting products.
• Sanitation sticker is applied aft er completion of cleaning process in each guestroom.
