Porto Carras Grand Resort for another summer turns the magnificent Sithonia into an astonishing culinary destination!

For four consecutive evenings, from 26th to 29th of July the guests of the historic resort as well as the outdoor visitors from the wider region, all the gastronomy enthusiasts, will have the opportunity to enjoy creations of Greek cuisine at its best!

Chef Maria Ekmektsioglou, monk of Mount Athos father Epiphanios, chef Andreas Klavdianos and chef Dimitris Tasioulas put all their gastronomic creativity and personal touch, creating unique culinary delicacies from exquisite local products of Chalkidiki and Porto Carras Domaine.

With a constant aim of enriching the tourist triptych Νature – Sea – Sun, “Porto Carras Greek Gastronomy Festival” highlights the Greek cuisine with delicious gastronomic creations which will flood the premises of the restaurant “Crystals” at the Porto Carras 5* hotel Meliton.

The four-day event starts on Thursday 26/7 with the exceptional creations of chef Dimitris Tasioulas, continues on Friday 27/7 with the always imaginative and unique chef Andreas Klavdianos, on Saturday 28/7 father Epifanios undertakes with his unique monastic cuisine and the event ends on Sunday 29/7 with the amazing creations of the beloved Constantinopolitan chef Maria Ekmektsioglou.

With the use of the products produced by Porto Carras Domaine and with the accompaniment of its fine wines, the four gastronomic evenings in Chalkidiki promise an absolute aroma and taste of Greek summer!
