The Earth-shelter buildings also have their roots in Greek history. Interfering as little as possible on the idyllic pristine seafront slopes, the earth-sheltered residences, maintain the lush landscape, while being integrated in the environment by the use of local materials such as stone and wood. The wide openings in the front side as well as the skylights admit ample natural light.

In each version the water element plays a main role supporting the atmosphere of serenity and harmony.
