We are thrilled to announce this prestigious event, which promises to be an extraordinary celebration of golfing excellence. Nestled amidst the stunning landscapes of Porto Carras, this tournament offers a unique opportunity for amateurs and professionals alike to come together and showcase their skills on the course.

Policies

Registration / Participation

Final deadline of entries is April 30th, 2024.
Entries will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Places are limited to 30 teams.
A team entry is considered valid only after the full payment of the amateurs’ Pro-Am package fees.
Amateurs are required to provide their exact handicap on the entry form at the time of entry and will be asked to confirm their handicap at the registration desk of the event. Any amendments MUST be communicated before 10.00a.m. on May 14th .
All prize winners will be required to provide current proof of handicap before their teams are presented with their prizes.
The EGA slope system will apply to the tournament and each amateur will play from the applicable sloped handicap.

Participants consent to the use of their image during the Pro-Am by the organizers, sponsors, or other partners of the event for commercial purposes, with no right to claim full or partial compensation for that reason.
Participants in the Pro-Am are fully aware of and understand the full risks involved in their participation in the tournament, in regards to possible damages, or harm to their health.
Every golfer participates in the event at his/her own free will.
Every golfer participates in the event on his/her own responsibility and bears full responsibility as to his/her fitness condition and ability to participate.
The Pro-Am and the Organizing Committee of the event carry no responsibility in case of injury, damage, or any other harm that may be caused by participating, or spectating the event.

Participations

Amateur Pro-AM packages

€2.300 Double room for 5 nights (2 people) at Meliton Deluxe 5 star Hotel on HB basis with both participating in the Pro-Am and attending the Welcome Cocktail and Awards Gala
€1.700 Double room for 5 nights (2 people) at Meliton Deluxe 5 star Hotel on HB basis with one of the 2 participating in the Pro-Am and attending the Welcome Cocktail and Awards Gala.
€1.400 Single room for 5 nights at Meliton Deluxe 5 star Hotel on HB basis with participation in the Pro-Am and attending the Welcome Cocktail and Awards Gala.

4 green fees (1 practice & 3 tournament rounds)
Transfer to and from the airport on specific dates and times
Use of the practice range on the days of the tournament

Use of a trolley on the days of the tournament

Participations

Professionals play for free

There is no Pro-Am package fee for each participating professional with a team of 3 amateurs. Complimentary accommodation in a double room (no extras) is offered to each participating professional (and spouse/partner) for 5 nights on HB basis at Meliton Deluxe 5 Star Hotel. No extras covered. No flights covered for spouse/partner. Porto Carras pricing policy will apply for kids or extra people.
Accompanying person fee of €200 applies to spouse/partner of each participating professional and includes participation in Welcome Cocktail and Awards Gala
The total prize fund for professionals for 30 teams is €16.500.
