What are the operating hours?

Spa Center is open daily from 10:00 to 20:00.

How can I book an appointment?

It is suggested that bookings are made at least 24 hours in advance to optimize availability. Priority for reservations is given to resort guests. To book a treatment, please contact Spa Center by telephone: (0030) 2375077000 or by email: [email protected]

Should I tell anyone about any physical, medical, or allergy concerns?

Upon arrival at our Spa Center, you will complete a brief health history questionnaire to assist your therapist in providing you the best possible experience and to assure your maximum safety and comfort. We encourage you to disclose any pertinent health conditions that may affect your Spa experience.

What is the payment policy?

We accept all credit/debit cards and cash.

What is the cancellation policy?

Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the scheduling policies of elxis spa. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. We reserve the right to charge in full for appointments where the guest has cancelled 24 hours of the appointment start time. Please, note that our cancellation policy allows us time to inform guests on our waiting list of any booking time slots that become available following a cancellation. It also allows us to keep our therapists informed of any change in scheduling. Our goal at the Porto Carras grand resort spa by elxis spa is to provide the best quality spa treatments and services possible and managing appointment is part of our mission. By making sure that all appointments are being served or rescheduled on time, we can insure a harmonious place for guests to enjoy their treatments and for therapists to work at.

What should I bring to the spa?

You will be given a robe , towels and slippers to change into before your treatment.
