  1. Green meetings: minimizing waste and promoting sustainable «green” practices like recycling (see the resort’s recycle policy).
  2. Use of energy-saving lamps: reducing electric energy consumption.
  3. Flow- reducers in the sinks and bathrooms to save water.
  4. Eco Towel card: only if the towels are dropped on the floor will they be replaced, to save water and limit the use of chemicals.
  5. Eco bed-linen card*: housekeeping staff will await request if guest’s preference is to change bed linen every day. * Bed linen will be changed according to Covid -19 restrictions. 6. Bath amenities without preservatives or artificial ingredients.
  6. Ecological Cleaning products: the resort is engaged to increase the use of bio- cleaning products.
  7. Anti -Plastics: using bio-straws, bio spoons, and other utilities helps minimizing the amount of plastic in the resort by using other materials such as paper, wood, polycarbonate items, and so on.
  8. Food preparation: integrating local products and using fresh, seasonal produce as well as other ingredients are emerging as a significant focus for the resort’s food and beverage programs.
  9. Menu selection: more selections in menus of all types that integrate organic produce, hormone-free meats, and dairy.
  10. Botanical garden in the resort: Mint, oregano, sage, basil, lavender is grown on-site and used for food and drink consumption. Additionally, the resort’s olive trees provide fresh olive oil.
  11. Spa: integrating treatments that feature local ingredients as well as natural and organic products.
